Your data protection rights (GDPR)
Last updated: 24 October 2026
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the following rights over your personal data. Exercising them is free.
1. Your rights
- Access — know whether we process your data and get a copy (Art. 15).
- Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16).
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data when there is no reason to keep it (Art. 17).
- Restriction — ask us to limit processing in certain cases (Art. 18).
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (Art. 20).
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
- Not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing (Art. 22) — Engomio makes no such decisions.
2. How to exercise them
If you are a customer of a laundry, contact that laundry: it is the controller of your data and can export, correct or delete it directly in Engomio. We will help the laundry answer you.
For any other request write to geral@sourcepoint.pt. We answer within one month (extendable by two months for complex requests) and may ask you to confirm your identity.
3. Complaints
You can complain to a supervisory authority — in Portugal, Engomio's lead authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD, www.cnpd.pt) — or to the authority of the country where you live or work.
